Do you offer shipping within Australia?
Yes, Caravan Society offers shipping across all states and territories in Australia. We partner with trusted national couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery, whether you're in a capital city or regional town.

We accept a wide range of secure payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, and direct bank transfer. Choose your preferred method during checkout with confidence—your data is fully encrypted and secure.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Caravan Society offers free shipping on all orders over $300 AUD within Australia. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat-rate fee at checkout. Remote or oversized items may attract additional costs, which are clearly displayed before payment.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can follow your parcel’s journey in real time via the provided tracking link.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Caravan Society offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. “Change of mind” returns are not accepted for special orders or electrical products.
How do I return a product?
To begin a return, please contact us at support@caravansociety.com.au with your order number and details. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorisation. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Are my personal and payment details secure?

Do you offer wholesale or trade discounts?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once items are packed or dispatched, we’re unable to amend the order. We’ll always do our best to assist before it leaves our warehouse.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business street address for successful delivery.
What happens if my order is incorrect or hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if an item is incorrect, contact our team right away at support@caravansociety.com.au. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Do you provide warranty on caravan appliances?
Yes, all caravan appliances sold by Caravan Society include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type. Please retain your proof of purchase and refer to each product’s listing for specific warranty details.
Can Caravan Society recommend or deliver to an installer?
